How do I use a topical product?

Topicals may be applied to an area as needed and as often as desired. Many customers will combine a topical with an ingestible Head & Heal product. We suggest topicals are kept away from eyes and mouth. Use caution with our Muscle & Joint Heat Relief spray as the active ingredients may cause irritation to eyes and throat. If irritation occurs with any topical product, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention.
