Please allow up to 2-3 days between tracking updates as the shipping services do not update the information until it reaches the next regional facility. This is common with all of the shipping services that we use.
Should your package information not be updated within the 2 or 3 days then let us know at support@headandheal.com we will contact the respective shipping service and, if needed, make a claim for your package. Should the package be deemed “lost” then we will ship your package again the next business day.
