When I try creating an account, I get an error saying that my email is already in use.

There are a few things that could be going on here:

• If you have an active auto-ship subscription, but have never created a user account, you will have to contact customer service at [e-mail] to have a site account created.
• You may already have an account or had one created for you at checkout, and you could try using the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page.
