Below are some of the most common challenges when using discount codes:
- On a computer or phone/tablet: Be sure to click the "apply" button after typing or pasting the code in. If the discount code is valid, the discounted amount will show up immediately on the checkout page.
- On a phone/tablet: When typing your code into the box, some phones/tablets will auto-complete words and add a space before or after a word. Make sure that your phone/tablet is not adding a space to the discount code, or the code will not be recognized
- On a phone/tablet: sometimes a phone/tablet will autocorrect words, which will result in a code not working.
- If you are copying+pasting the code and it is not working, try writing the code down and typing the code into the discount box
- On a computer: make sure that num-lock is not on.
- If you picked a free product reward, you need to add that product to your cart (Ex: you can only use the free Dog Treats reward if you add 1 bag of Dog Treats–whichever flavor you’d like–to your cart. It will not automatically add the item to your cart)
- If you are still struggling with the code being accepted, try changing your browser or if possible try to use a different device.
- Make sure that the coupon code has not already been used and is still valid by the date you're trying to use it.
